FREE professional help for hoarders for their families - UK based only.

I have been asked to post a message from someone looking for families to take part in a one-off documentary.about various psychological disorders. They are particularly interested in speaking to people involved with hoarding.

They are looking to offer professional help both mental and physical over a period of time to both the hoarder and their families with not only the psychological side but also the practical side.  They provide assistance to clear and a specialist to talk through any issues. This help is VERY expensive if you were to book it yourself.

here are the details.

We have been developing a television series looking at people who are struggling to live their everyday lives due to a variety of reasons. We are currently looking for individuals suffering from hoarding tendencies.

Perhaps you have great difficulty discarding possessions? Or excessively collect or buy items that are not needed or for which there is no available space? Is the amount of clutter in your home interfering with your family’s everyday life, your ability to move around your home or even go outside? Perhaps you are refusing to leave the house for psychological reasons and need the courage to go outside again?
We’d like to hear from you.
We are interested in hearing from sufferers and the carer/partner/parent they live with in order to see if we can improve the situation through the use of expert help and therapy.
If you fit this description and wish to talk, please get in touch with:

mention where you found the details.

It may be an idea to tell your hoarder relative you have found them something very expensive for FREE which will not even add to their clutter.  it may even HELP them... then tell then what it is.
