Mad Pshyco Biker woman - in Birchgrove.
I was lucky (ahem) enough to be able to nip out on the bike today. I nipped to the bank and then over to Everest to let out Tyson the elderly miniature poodle who only has a five hour bladder. Being on the bike there was little I could do at base camp other than open the front door (all the way open - hurah) and sigh.
On the way back home on Heathwood Road, some idiot peasant thought it would be a good idea to reverse out of his driveway without looking - just as I was riding past. He stopped suddenly as he saw me at the last minute, by which time I was almost on the opposite side of the road. I put the stand down on the bike and went to have a 'quick word' with the chap.
Bear in mind I am somewhat wound up at the moment, have suspect wild axe-murderer tendencies and am a woman on a mission. Add this to the fact I have three very bored kids on their school holidays and you have a ticking bomb.
The bomb went off.
During our 'discussion' I think I questioned this gentleman's ability to drive, parentage, intellectual ability, sexual preferences and down time activities. I did this at a few decibels louder than I would usually address such peasants and with a bit more animation. I think I may have even said a naughty word or two.
The poor chap did look somewhat taken aback by my monologue and may have muttered something akin to 'get a boyfriend love'. I let that one slide. I was feeling a lot better after that and completed my journey home without further ado.
If you do read anything about a psycho mad biker woman abusing members of the public in the Birchgrove area you know nothing OK!
Welcome to modern life. A blog all about the frustrating, the mundane and the ridiculous. Hoarders, Call Centres and now Retail - in fact anything I feel like blogging about goes. Hope you enjoy :) Lighthearted and honest although names may have been changed to protect the not so innocent. Author of 'Diary of a Hoarder's Daughter' and 'Confessions of a Call Centre worker'.
